Shipping
We do our best to get your package out as soon as possible. The time it takes to receive your goods varies depending on your location and shipping preferences. In most cases, shipments are processed within a week or two, please allow up to six weeks for delivery.
Even if they have not yet shipped, orders will not be cancelled due to change of mind or circumstances, please consider limitations prior to purchase.
As a standard, we offer non-expedited USPS shipping at a flat rate based on your location. This includes basic tracking and nothing more. Insurance and/or any other shipping preferences must be requested prior to order confirmation.
If you have a preferred shipping method not offered at checkout, please contact us and we will try our best to make that happen.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your shipment leaves our facilities, its delivery is out of our hands. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace un-retrieved or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
Nothing is perfect.
All sales are final. Please consider that all pieces have had a previous life. Even when marked deadstock, vintage clothing has been moved around, stored, and most often, worn.
We thoroughly inspect all additions to the shop for quality, condition, and functionality. Due to the nature of vintage items, despite our best efforts, you may find irregularities. All pieces are sold "as is". If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service before purchase.
Items IRL may appear differently from online due to changes in light while shooting or varying body shapes and sizes of models, Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Please reach out prior to purchasing should you have any questions, concerns or specific needs.
Returns
Again, all items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Vintage and international numerical sizing can be tricky, so we prefer to base our sizing on measurements. Please contact us if you have any questions before buying and we would be happy to supply you with any information you need to make your decision. We do not accept sizing returns. Details we deem essential are provided, we are not responsible for concerns after purchase.
Most issues can be resolved, consider finding a tailor you trust for alterations and repair. Shoes in particular can appear perfect in studio and have issues once worn, a cobbler can fix most issues.
Mystery Boxes
Mystery boxes are random “grab-bag” offerings with a fixed amount of final sale items in the size bracket you select at a set price. Shipping is not included. We can not take requests of any kind, guarantee that the items will fit you, or promise that the selection will be your style. Purchase at your own risk, for lovers of mystery and gambling only.
