Shipping
We do our best to get your package out as soon as possible. The time it takes to receive your goods varies depending on your location and shipping preferences. In most cases, shipments are processed within a week OR TWO, please allow up to four weeks for delivery.
Orders will not be CANCELED or refunded due to change of mind or circumstances, please consider limitations prior to purchase..
As a standard, we offer non-expedited USPS shipping at a flat rate based on your location. This includes basic tracking AND NOTHING MORE. INSURANCE and/or any other shipping PREFERENCES must be requested prior to ORDER CONFIRMATION.
If you have a preferred shipping method not offered at checkout, please contact us and we will try our best to make that happen. If you would like to ask for a signature on the package, please include this information under 'Order Notes' at check out.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your shipment leaves our facilities, its delivery is out of our hands. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
Lost Packages: If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

We thoroughly inspect all additions to the shop for quality, condition, and functionality. We hope that you value the individuality of each piece as much as we do. Due to the nature of vintage items, we want to let you know that, despite our best efforts, you may find slight irregularities. Unless otherwise noted, all items have been previously enjoyed. All pieces are sold "as is". If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service team.
Pieces may appear differently from the items shown online due to light changes while shooting or varying body shapes and sizes of models. Please ask questions prior to purchasing should you have any concerns or specific needs.

Mystery boxes are random “grab-bag” offerings with a fixed amount of items in the size bracket you select at a set price. Shipping is not included. We can not take requests of any kind, guarantee that the items will fit you, or promise that the selection will be your style. Purchase at your own risk, for lovers of mystery and gambling only.
